Fuoco di Naxos

Limoncello al peperoncino

Fuoco di Naxos - Limoncello al peperoncino

Fuoco di Naxos draws inspiration from the history of the city of Naxos, the first Greek colony founded in Sicily in 735 BC. This city, located in a strategic position, became a crossroads of cultures and trade, witnessing migrations and conflicts. Naxos was destroyed in 403 BC by Dionysius I of Syracuse as punishment for its alliance with Athens, but its legacy survived through its inhabitants, who integrated with local populations and continued to spread their culture. This limoncello embodies the spirit of resilience and cultural fusion that characterized Naxos.

Tecnica di Produzione

Fuoco di Naxos is made with organic lemons grown in Sicily, infused in pure alcohol and enriched with chili pepper for a unique spicy note. The mixture is then sweetened with cane sugar and filtered to ensure a smooth consistency and intense flavor. The artisanal production preserves the authenticity of the flavors, creating a product that combines tradition and innovation.
